Baking recipes are comfort food and indulgence – from Victoria sponge cakes to chocolate brownies. On this full day course we will prepare and bake a variety of goods – savoury and sweet.
By the end of the day / course you will have a good understanding of ingredients and technique as well as having something tasty to take home. Walnut & date soda bread, hot water paste raised pork and chorizo pie, short-crust ham and leek quiche, goats cheese and rosemary scones, chocolate brownies, lemon cake.
