On this full day course we will explore a range of exciting Mediterranean dishes that make for great, relaxed entertaining and are easy to recreate at home. Dishes may include spanakopita, Anchoiade, bream with a fondue of oranges and lemons, marinated chicken with yoghurt, saffron, pomegranate molasses and grilled, simply the best ratatouille, watermelon, mint & feta salad, gratin of oranges, ricotta tart.
