On this full day or part-time course (evening / day) we will explore the vibrant cuisine that is Middle Eastern. Loosely divided between North Africa, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Iran etc we will explore a variety of dishes, many ideal as small plates or mezze. Sample dishes include Arabic flat bread, fattoushe, chermoula, tagine, Turkish delight, cucumber and yogurt soup, Persian chelow rice, baba ghanoush.
