On this full day workshop we will travel around this vast and inspiring region touching on northern and southern Thai, the Kymer food of Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. We will discuss the balance of hot, sour, salty, sweet flavours and how this varies country to country.
You will learn how to make Thai curry pastes from scratch – and curries, steamed sticky rice, papaya salad, glass noodle salad, mango with sticky rice, chicken with lemon grass and lime leaf etc. We will include as many authentic ingredients as available to make this course a sensory delight.
