“Well organised admin from the time of booking, excellent course detail in advance. Parking is easy and immediately outside the cookery school. Immaculate  school, Robin is an excellent teacher and so helpful and supportive. The range of soups on the 3 hour course was brilliant, we learned lots of extra kitchen/cookery tips too. The equipment is all there, the trays of ingredients already prepared so no time is wasted, a recipe book is included for each course to take away with you. The course was inspiring, educational and very good fun. Thank you!”

“We attended the eat well and healthy course – we weren’t sure what to expect but it was an informative and enjoyable day. We cooked lots of lovely food, picked up lots of useful tips e.g. Peeling ginger with a teaspoon, and learned more about how to make healthy food tasty. “Thanks once again for hosting a fantastic working lunch. The dishes were beautifully delicate, I particularly enjoyed the pickled mushrooms and later the Thai basil ice cream; most unusual. Robin clearly has a wealth of knowledge and delivered each dish informatively. I can highly recommend and fully intend to book a course or two in future.”

“Spent a great morning at the Rutland Cookery School today learning how to cook fish!! Robin is a fantastic, patient teacher, especially with the faint hearted!! Learned how to pan fry a freshly fillet Mackerel and serve it with smoked Kale, garlic, fresh ginger, chilli and spring onions. Then learned how to poach a smoked haddock fillet and serve it with a Beurre Fondu sauce, leeks and a wonderful wonderfully delicious egg yolk!!!!!
Would highly recommend the cookery school!!!!”
