“Spent a great morning at the Rutland Cookery School today learning how to cook fish!! Robin is a fantastic, patient teacher, especially with the faint hearted!! Learned how to pan fry a freshly fillet Mackerel and serve it with smoked Kale, garlic, fresh ginger, chilli and spring onions. Then learned how to poach a smoked haddock fillet and serve it with a Beurre Fondu sauce, leeks and a wonderful wonderfully delicious egg yolk!!!!!
